Experience after reaching the summit:
I and my father reached the summit of Everest on 19th May 2012 at 12:30pm. When we made to the top, the wind blow was very strong and even the weather was quite bad. When my Dad said "We are at the top of Everest", I couldn't believe myself because I thought we still had to travel high. I also thought many people can stand together at the summit with big area at the top but later I knew that 20-25 people can fit there in the summit. When I saw people celebrating the summit victory with each other by taking pictures, I realized that was the summit. I could see beautiful Mountains in every side when I opened the sun glass. We spent about 20 minutes at the peak, took some pictures and celebrated the summit triumph.
Ngima Chhamji Sherpa Completed her high school studies from kathmandu and currently, she is studying in Southern Utah University, USA.
