Where is Namo Buddha?
Namo Buddha ( Takmo Lujin ), a beautiful religious place which is located at Kavre district and about 40 km southeast from Kathmadu Valley.
How to reach Namo Buddha?
If you are going in a group we can hire a micro bus. It will cost around five thousand for two way trip. Or you can also opt for public vehicle from Ratnapark to Banepa. From Banepa you have to change the local bus which passes through Namo Buddha. You can also organize a nice hike rom Banepa paasing through Panauti.
Entrance and Opening time:
Entrance is free for all. It opens every day for everyone.
Restaurants and hotels:
There are small local hotels in Namo Buddha where local foods are available. Namo Buddha guest house is always at service for customer who are there for night stay. Anyone going for night stay should pre inform so that rooms are easily available.

Brief Story of Namo Buddha
According to Buddhist Religion six thousang year ago, there was a price named by Nyingtob Chenpo. This is the religious place where the prince donated his whole body to the hungry Mother Tiger and her five cubs. After donating his body, he was re-born in lumbini named as Gautam Buddha. Later, Re-incarnated Lord buddha came back to this place with his student syaribu and Maao Gyalgi Buku and rounded the stupa three times and prayed three times. The place was named Sangke da Fyafulsa at first
but was later renamed Namo Buddha for all people.
It is said that anyone who visit this place will getrid of all the negative energy by the help of Lord Buddha.
